About Framtidsdagen
Traditionally, the annual "Framtidsdagen" summit was hosted as a live, physical event with a large audience at Sätra Gård. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the conventional format. To ensure this critical event on circular economy and sustainability could still take place, a rapid shift to a fully digital, interactive experience was required. I took full ownership of the entire execution, transforming a physical venue into a high-end broadcast studio. The objective was to produce a seamless, three-hour live stream on YouTube that connected local hosts with remote experts across Sweden, maintaining full production value under complex logistical constraints.

A multi-layered broadcast, produced single-handedly.
Executing a flawless three-hour live broadcast requires meticulous technical oversight and real-time creative direction. Operating as the sole technical director and producer, I designed the entire project infrastructure from the ground up, managing everything from studio lighting, professional audio engineering, and multi-camera setups to the live digital broadcast pipeline.
To bridge the gap between the studio and the remote speakers, I built a dual-stream system, producing a live public broadcast via YouTube while simultaneously running a dedicated monitor feed via Microsoft Teams for the remote panel. The production featured three in-studio presenters and eight remote experts, seamlessly integrating live video, real-time PowerPoint control, and dynamic multi-channel audio.
Beyond the technical orchestration, I directed and designed the complete visual package, including animated intro/outro films, lower thirds, and intermission graphics. By capturing the scale and agility of this production, this case stands as a testament to the ability to manage high-stakes technical complexity and deliver a polished, premium brand experience when it matters most.
